Privacy Policy
USADATA is committed to individuals having control over their personal information, and to protecting the privacy and interests of our clients and visitors. We furthermore do not share, rent nor sell our clients’ information with any partner or third party. We are a member of the Direct Marketing Association (http://www.the-dma.org) and the Better Business Bureau.
How is the information USADATA offers collected?
At USADATA, we have partnered with the leading compilers of consumer and business information. These companies collect information in a variety of ways, including telephone surveys, mail surveys, in-person interviews, public record and publicly available information, and data shared by other companies. The leads we offer through email marketing have all opted in. Consumers can opt out to have their names, postal address, and/or email address removed from national marketing databases by contacting the Direct Marketing Association (DMA).
If you feel your name is part of a marketing database and you do not wish to be solicited for products or offers, the best way to remove your name is to contact the Direct Marketing Association. The DMA allows consumers to opt out of receiving direct mail promotions through its Mail Preference Service (MPS), and allows consumers to opt out of telephone solicitations through its Telephone Preference Service (TPS). Each of the companies with whom USADATA partners scrubs their database monthly against the DMA’s Mail Preference and Telephone Preference services. More information can be obtained from the DMA at:

Privacy Compliance
Each of USADATA’s partners have their files undergo multiple monthly hygiene processes including but not limited to the DMA’s Do Not Contact File, FTC and State Attorney General Do Not Call lists, NCOALink processing, and deceased files to help ensure consumer privacy.
At times, companies contact USADATA for help reaching households based on sensitive information such as households with children, ethnicity, and religion. USADATA will review the client’s mail piece to make sure it complies with privacy guidelines set forth by the DMA prior to an order being fulfilled. Please also note that USADATA does not have access to nor offers information based on credit scores, individuals’ exact date of birth, or social security numbers.
